Okay! I tried it again on the second night and the key was not to wear socks! The instructions said to wear socks, but I didn't! They stuck better on my feet, didn't come off even when I got up to use the restroom, and were easy to take off in the morning.

I went from dark black pads of my feet to light brown every morning, and that's the change in detoxification. I am a fairly healthy person with a good diet and exercise routine, but I was shocked when I saw the toxins coming out of my feet, as many of our nerves are located in the feet. I will continue to use these products, in fact this is my second set and I am just as convinced as I was the first time I used them. These products are definitely value for money and very reasonably priced.
I'm still on my first week of use. Every morning when I remove the skin sheet, the packaging of the skin sheet is black and there are some residues left on my skin, I use a cotton pad + isopropyl alcohol to wipe them off. The instructions say that the color of the pads should lighten over the next few weeks. This indicates that the toxins in your body have been reduced.
I am very unsure about this product. The price is too good. But after using it, I found it works just as well as the expensive pads ...... Just the packaging is not that attractive.
